The Albany Guild has had reason to celebrate lately, winning a settlement for 11 workers illegally laid off in 2009. But in other areas, the battle continues: This week marked five years with no raises. As Guild leaders put it, that means "fewer employees doing more work for less money." Leaders got creative to give members "the scoop" on the latest in the fight for raises: They arranged for an ice cream truck visit  Wednesday afternoon.
