Blasting American Airlines for its "blatant refusal to proceed with a (CWA) union election among its 9,600 passenger service agents," as ordered by the National Mediation Board, AFL-CIO Transportation Trades Department President Ed Wytkind says it's time to start calling company officials what they are: lawbreakers. "There are no legal grounds for AMR's position, and the airline knows it," he writes, in a column also published on the Huffington Post.
