As stated in rule #6 of the Election Rules for Sector Elections and Referenda: "Protests regarding voter eligibility with all supporting documentation must be received at TNG Headquarters by no later than the end of business on the third day preceding the official six-day voting period. Protests and supporting documentation received after the deadline shall not be considered."
